This is nice Yukie. Beautiful soft tones and reflection, and the fish is very well positioned.
I've heard those fish don't make nice sashimi(?).

I've never tried it as I said below, so I don't know how does it taste like... But, people eat it as sashimi, we call it "Koinoarai(鯉の洗い)". If you have a chance, try it:D

I've never eaten sashimi(Koikoku?), but I ate fried one just a week ago. You know curry ramen? It might be popular in Kyoto, hahaha.
