I often saw policemen were talking like this in Italy. Sometime they seemed to be in a argument.
Btw, there are few kinds of police in Italy. Polizia(di Stato) which is a national police, Carabinieri which is a police of the Ministry of Defence, Polizia Municipale which is a autonomous police and Gardia di Finanzia which is a fainancial police. Polizia di Stato and Carabinieri have a different uniform. These policemen are Caravinieri.
